1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mouse Monarchy (available at https://mousemonarchy.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use this website.
2. Eligibility & Audience (Ages 13+)
Mouse Monarchy is intended for general audiences aged 13 and older. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Intellectual Property & Copyright Ownership
All materials on this site—including but not limited to the comic panels, illustrations, cover art, character designs (including the Mouse King and Rat Captain), storyline, written text, graphics, logos, audio, and visual design—are the exclusive intellectual property of the comic creator and Mouse Monarchy.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the comic artwork on the website for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from the creator.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Access
Digital Access: Issue #1 is free to read online. Access to subsequent premium issues (Issues #2, #3, #4, and ongoing releases) requires an active monthly subscription or digital purchase.
Billing & Renewal: The subscription is billed at $4.99 per month (or the rate displayed at checkout). Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Payment Processing: Transactions are securely handled by our PCI-compliant third-party processor, Square. We never store your full payment card number on our servers.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium issues until the end of your current paid billing period.
5. Merchandise Store Policies
Items purchased from the Royal Wares store are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Do not attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable our digital comic paywall or DRM protections.
- Do not use automated bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract high-resolution comic artwork.
- Do not interfere with the security or proper functioning of the website.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
This website and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall Mouse Monarchy, its creator, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the site.
